You should know our origin – Ishaan will be narrating it
The idea of Alimentary Skincare came into shape a long time ago when we both – we both mean Swati & I met in our post-graduation college; we always wished to venture into something that we could call our own, but over the years, our thought of this creation faded, and it's like we almost forgot we promised each other.
Finding youth
It was especially at the start of the pandemic when I was looking at one of the images crossed by on our Google Home, which usually bombards us with dozens of images a day from our past. The pictures were from our college, and then I kept looking at them for a while, sliding them back and forth. The image had both of us in our prime and how significantly our faces have changed. Our sizes have increased with a gain of so much weight over the years; also, we have started to look so much older than we naturally are; the skin texture has drastically changed with so many dark spots, blemishes, and a lot of other things, then I asked Swati why have we started to look like this, she told jokingly that we have gone old, I said to her that is it her genuine opinion that I am aiming for. She said we haven't given much thought to our skin; just feeding ourselves with food won't give the nourishment your skin requires; it requires a regime and a routine.
Since that conversation, my mind started pondering skin nourishment and how important it is for busy individuals who don't have time or even patience for a routine; this led me to think of all the things that can improve one's skin without the fuzz.
Skin our saviour
So, I shared my observation with Swati; she also felt we don't invest much in our skin. We realized that we need solutions to make happy one of the best friends of humans worldwide, saving us from the cold, dehydration, microorganisms/bacteria, injury/trauma, & ultraviolet radiation/sun damage. It acts as our first protective barrier from the outside world; this is the skin we discuss.

Our Point of View
Another point we wanted to address was about the delivery of this nourishment, and it was solved by reading some ancient knowledge on Indian Vedic Traditions there; we found a timeless fact: to achieve balance in life, we should be thankful for every source we possess or endear to possess, including the land, the fire, and every resource we see & feel in our lives. So, with that principle in mind, we must thank the skin, and the delivery system should be simple and without a routine, hence thanking the skin daily with our CAN-C complex in the form of everyday skincare that we apply every day.
