Our refund and returns policy lasts seven days. If seven days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a partial refund or exchange.
Eligibility for Return
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
- If refunds are issued, only a partial refund will be issued, deducting 22 AED plus 3% of order value on COD orders per item or individual item from the order for delivery charges and other fees associated with the delivery.
- In other cases, when the product is returned, received, and inspected, we will email you to notify you that we have received your returned item and to let you know whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
- In cases when we don’t take returns and in special cases of refunds, we fill in the following point 1 (refunds) and let the customer have the item; also, we can ask for product issues and photos of the images and issues in usage or with the product; it will be at the company’s discretion to issue the return.
If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of days. Also, in Cash on Delivery orders, customers have to provide account details to transfer the amount to their respective accounts.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund, check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items or
Only regular priced items may be partially refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
NO Exchanges
We do not replace items if they are defective or damaged. If they are damaged or you feel it is damaged, the customer has to send the images to get approved for return. You need to exchange it for the same item in the original packing.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver, and they will find out about your return.
Shipping Returns
To return your product, you should mail your product to AFNAN, IMPZ, Dubai (UAE)
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
The time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary depending on where you live.
Consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance if returning more expensive items. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
